LNM submits an offer for NSC

LNM Holding, the second largest steel producer in the world, has submitted an offer for the lease of the National Steel Corp (NSC) in Philippines. The company also has an option to acquire NSC. The NSC is established in Illigan, northern coast of the Island of Mindanao. The company has 1.2 million tons per annum of hot rolled coil capacity. Furthermore, the company has a billet plant with an annual capacity of 300'000 tons.
