Kremikovtsi and a German company to build cement plant

Bulgarian steel producer Kremikovtsi and a German cement producer company have signed a deal worth €30 million to establish a cement plant in Sofia. The plant, 75% of the shares of which will be held by the German company, will have an annual production capacity of 400'000 tons. The plant will use its waste products as raw material in cement producing.
