Kardemir is forming its new management
Within the framework of Kardemir's restructuring plan, in order to comply the requirements under the government decree on the plant, covering the repayment schedules, working plan and the management, a general board meeting was held yesterday, i.e. on August 14, 2002. As a result of this meeting, first implications reveal that new board of directors appointed for the new management will be:Yasar Turan - Chairman(also member of Isdemir and Erdemir) Ahmet Turhan Onur - member (old general manager of Erdemir) Ahmet Muderrisoglu - member (from Erdemir) Veysel Ucum - member (lawyer from Treasury) Mutullah Yolbulan - member (industrier and shareholder) Kamil Gulec - member (industrier and shareholder) Nuri Ozdemirel - member (general member of Cemtas)According to reports, the definite administrative functions will be determined within a couple of days.
