Japan’s NSSMC names new president

Japan-based Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) has announced that its current executive vice president Kosei Shindo will become president of the company effective as of April 1, 2014. Meanwhile, Shoji Muneoka will continue as chairman of the company.
 
In addition, Hiroshi Tomono, who currently holds the position of company president, has been appointed as vice chairman effective from April 1.
