Japan imposes provisional AD duty on pipe fittings from S. Korea, China

The Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry has announced that Japan has imposed provisional antidumping duty on carbon steel butt-welded pipe fittings imports from China and South Korea.

Provisional antidumping duty rates for the South Korean exporters range stand at 41.8 percent and 69.2 percent, while they stand at 57.3 percent and 57.7 percent for the Chinese exporters.

The product subject to the provisional antidumping duty currently falls under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Number 730793.
