The US International Trade Commission (ITC) has decided to conduct an expedited five-year (sunset) review concerning the antidumping duty order on silicon metal imported from Russia.

The ITC is to determine whether revocation of the order concerning the product in question would lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to US domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable period of time.

The interested parties are invited to file responses with the ITC concerning the review in question.
