ITC Negative Determinations: Structural Beams

U.S. International Trade Commission announced today that no sales of less than fair value determined for certain structural steel beams for seven countries. The related countries are: -China -Germany -Luxembourg -Russia -South Africa -Spain -Taiwan The US Department of Commerce (DOC) made an affirmative preliminary determination however published an amendment on January 31, 2002 and turned the determination into sales at not less than fair value.
