Ukrainian mini-mill ISTIL has announced plans to its increase steelmaking capacity up to 1.4 million mt a year from the current 1.25 million mt, as a result of implementation of the investment project directed at further development of the mill's EAF workshop.
In addition, ISTIL is planning to increase its capacity of stainless steel rounds, which are used in the Ukrainian pipe industry.
