Iran’s Esfahan Steel prepares to recommission its blast furnace no. 1

Iranian steel producer Esfahan Steel has recently completed renovation of first blast furnace and now it is ready for recommissioning. The project was achieved by an investment about 300 billion rials (about $28.3 million ). The first blast furnace of Esfahan Steel has an annual production capacity of 800,000 mt, while Esfahan Steel's two other furnaces each has an annual production capacity of 1.4 million mt.
