Industrias CH repurchased 11,333 treasury shares (ICH-B) last week according to a filing with the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), although the company said it has no interest in selling their titles.

The authorized fund which will repurchase around 1 billion pesos will support investors interested in generating greater liquidity of their action in the market by buying securities when necessary and selling when oversubscribed, the firm said.

In this regard, the company said that the objective of the fund is to increase the rotation of the floating shares without reducing or increasing the current number of shares in the market.
