Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario-based steelmaker Essar Steel Algoma Inc. announced Monday that James Hrusovsky assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company as of June 24, after receiving final regulatory approval.
Essar Steel Algoma announced May 2 that Hrusovsky, who was most recently Chief Executive Officer of Severstal Columbus, would take over as CEO pending approval.
