Hansteel exports 28,000 mt of X70 pipeline steel to Nigeria

Hebei Province-based Chinese steel producer Handan Iron and Steel Co. (Hansteel), a subsidiary of Hebei Iron and Steel Group, has announced that it recently received an order for 28,000 mt of X70 high grade pipeline steel from Nigeria - the largest export order Hansteel has received after previously exporting 16,000 mt of X70 pipeline steel to Turkmenistan. As of December 6, it had already shipped about 10,000 mt of the steel in question to Nigeria.
 
Hansteel has to date developed production of many grades of pipeline steel, including L245, L290, X52, X60, X65, X70 and X80.
