Germany's passenger car output up 13.1 percent in Nov from Oct

In November this year, new passenger car registrations in the German market totaled 276,500 units, up 5.2 percent month on month and increasing by two percent year on year, according to the data released by the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA). Meanwhile, in the January-November period of this year, Germany's new passenger car registrations increased by five percent year on year, totaling 3,095,000 units.
 
According to the VDA, in November of the current year 525,100 passenger cars rolled off production lines in Germany, which represents a month-on-month increase of 13.1 percent and a year-on-year rise of one percent. German passenger car output in the January-November period of this year amounted to 5,368,200 units, stable compared to the same period last year.
 
In November this year, a total of 409,100 passenger cars were exported from Germany, up by 15 percent month on month and increasing by five percent compared to November last year. In the first eleven months of the current year, German passenger car exports amounted to 4,104,000 units, decreasing one percent year on year.
