German iron ore import prices down 19.4 percent in October

According to a report released by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), in October of the current year the import price of iron ore in Germany decreased by 19.4 percent year on year and was down 3.8 percent month on month.
 
In October, the average import price of iron and steel and ferroalloys in Germany decreased by 9.7 percent year on year and was down two percent as compared to September. 
 
Meanwhile, in October this year the import price of nickel decreased by 25.6 percent year on year and was up by 1.9 percent month on month.
