German iron ore import prices up 9.4 percent in June from May

According to a report released by the German Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), in June this year the import price of iron ore in Germany increased by 9.4 percent month on month and was up 97.4 percent year on year.

In June, the average import price of pig iron and ferroalloys in Germany increased by 5.1 percent compared to the previous month and rose by 40.9 percent year on year.
