Fujian Sangang’s crude steel output up 17.75 percent in 2013

Fujian Province-based Chinese steelmaker Fujian Sangang (Group) Co. has announced that in 2013 its crude steel output totaled 8.216 million mt, up 17.75 percent year on year. In the given year, the company's sales revenues totaled RMB 29.899 billion ($4.94 billion), with a net profit of RMB 256 million ($42.3 million).
 
In 2012, Fujian Sangang's crude steel output had totaled 6.9777 million mt, up 22.06 percent year on year, with a net profit of RMB 81.0167 million ($13.4 million), down 88.54 percent year on year.
