Finitrading acquires 50% of Moravia Steel

According to recent news in the market, Czech Finitrading will acquire 50% stake of Moravia Steel from Nusspa that is on the verge of entering liquidation. Meanwhile, Moravia Steel holds 69.04% stake in steel maker Trinecke Zelezarny (TZ). The other 50% stake of Moravia Steel is owned by RFG, 50% stakes of which belongs to Finitrading too. It is reported that, the decision of turning over the shares of Moravia Steel is taken to simplify the ownership structure of the mill.
