Final results of sunset reviews on SSWR from three countries
On July 1, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the second sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rods imported from Brazil, France, and India. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and inadequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted expedited (120-day) sunset reviews. As a result of these reviews, the DOC determined that the revocation of the antidumping duty orders would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping.
