Evrazholding may merge with NLMK

According to the speculations in the market, Evrazholding has started negotiations with NLMK management for a possible merger between the two companies. If the news are correct and the merger is finalised, the new company will be controlling a significant volume of steel production. Evrazholding already includes Nizhny Tagil and Zapsib steel mills.
