EU likely to lower duties on Ukrainian seamless pipes

Ukrainian source close to the negotiations, on the matter of the EU imposition of antidumping measures against Ukrainian seamless pipes, in Brussels has reported that the EU side considers lowering the highest duties, 27 percent, to 25 percent. The final decision will be taken on May 11, 2006.
