EEC imposes definitive AD duty on HR steel angle imports from Ukraine

The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), the executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) which includes Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia and Armenia, has announced that it has imposed 37.89 percent definitive antidumping (AD) duty on hot rolled steel angle imports from Ukraine. The decision will come into force in 30 days from the date of its official publication.

The products in question are steel angle bars, hot rolled, of equal width, in diameters ranging from 20 mm to 200 mm, containing carbon, low-alloyed and alloyed steel (excluding corrosion-resistant steel), currently falling under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7216 21 0000, 7216 40 1000, 7216 50 1000, 7216 50 9900 and 7228 70 1000.
