Ukraine starts AD probe on certain steel bar imports from Moldova and Belarus

The Ukrainian Interdepartmental Commission on International Trade has announced that Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has started an antidumping (AD) duty investigation on certain carbon and alloy steel bar imports from Moldova and Belarus.

The investigation was launched following the application lodged by local steel producer ArcelorMittal Kryviy Rih.

The investigation period covers the period from January 2013 to September 2017.
