EC hints at termination of AD duty on hollow sections from Turkey, Macedonia, Russia

According to a document seen by SteelOrbis, the European Commission has indicated its intention to terminate the antidumping (AD) duty investigation on hollow section imports from Turkey, Macedonia and Russia. The European Commission is expected to announce its decision in May.

The antidumping duty investigation was launched on September 28, 2018 and provisional measures were scheduled to be announced with a delay not greater than seven months.

The products subject to the antidumping investigation fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Number 7306619200 and 7306619900.
