DOC dumping margin on Brazilian stainless bar to be dropped to zero

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Tuesday the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on stainless steel bar from Brazil.

The review covers one company --Villares Metals S.A.--during the period from February 1, 2011, through January 31, 2012.

The DOC has calculated a preliminary dumping margin of 0.00 (zero) percent for Villares Metals.

The DOC plans to complete this review by May 2013.  The current dumping duty deposit rate of 4.07 percent for Villares Metals will remain in effect until the DOC publishes its final results in the Federal Register.
