Irving, Texas-based Delta Steel Technologies, a steel machinery manufacturer, has been commissioned by South Bend, Indiana-based Steel Warehouse Company, a flat-rolled steel and plate processor, as the main manufacturer of terminal equipment for its Calvert, Alabama pickling line. The Calvert facility will be installed adjacent to the ThyssenKrupp Steel USA steel mill recently constructed in Calvert. Delta will provide entry equipment, a nine-roll flattener, re-coiler and exit equipment.

At the end of September, Delta Steel was also commissioned to build the world's largest temper mill cut-to-length line in the world by Houston, Texas-based service center Triple-S Steel.
