Cyprus-based KH Steel sells 0.93 % stake in Evraz

Cyprus-based KH steel, controlled by Evraz Group ex-CEO Mr. Valery Khoroshkovsky, has sold its 0.9301 percent of shares in Evraz. The move follows Mr. Khoroshkovsky's resignation as CEO of Evraz. The stake in question, representing 1,091,978 shares in the Evraz Group, was sold for $80.4 million.
