The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) announced Monday the result of its expiry (or "sunset") review of the antidumping orders against structural steel tubing from South Korea, South Africa, and Turkey.
The CITT found that the dumping of the said product from all three countries was likely to result in injury to the Canadian industry. Since the Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) had previously made an affirmative determination with respect to these countries, these orders will remain in place.
