Willmar, Minnesota-based steel fabricator West Central Steel is expanding its facility by 26,000 square feet (2,425 square meters). The additional room will include two recently purchased laser cutting machines, with space left over for material storage and inventory.

The new machines were purchased back in May because of strong fabricated steel demand for West Central, and the expansion will allow the fabricator to better serve the increased activity.
