On February 2, the China and Steel Association (CISA) announced that in mid-January (Jan. 11-20) this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China - all CISA members - totaled 1.5136 million mt, down 3.48 percent compared to early January (Jan. 1-10) this year.
According to the CISA's previous figures, in early January this year the average aggregate daily crude steel output of large and medium-sized steel enterprises in China totaled 1.5681 million mt, up 3.47 percent compared to late December (Dec. 21-31) last year.
