China’s HR narrow strip output up seven percent in January-April

In April this year, China's hot rolled narrow strip output amounted to 6.005 million mt, up 16.3 percent year on year, according to China's National Bureau of Statistics. In the first four months of the current year, China's hot rolled narrow strip output totaled 21.301 million mt, up seven percent year on year.

In April, China's cold rolled narrow strip output amounted to 1.152 million mt, up 5.9 percent year on year, while in the first four months the output volume totaled 3.932 million mt, up 7.3 percent year on year.
