China's FAI in transportation totals RMB 1.8152 trillion in January-July 2026

Total fixed asset investments (FAI) in transportation in China totaled RMB 1.8152 trillion ($0.27 trillion) in the January-July period this year, down 6.9 percent year on year, as announced by China's Ministry of Transportation (MOT). 

In particular, the FAI in roads and waterways in China amounted to RMB 1.2011 trillion ($0.18 trillion) and 125.5 billion ($18.5 billion) in the given period, down 9.7 percent and 0.8 percent year on year, respectively.
