China’s coking coal exports up 68.4 percent in November

In November this year, China’s exports of lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite coal, and coking coal amounted to 350,000 mt, 60,000 mt, 180,000 mt, and 100,000 mt, down 23.0 percent, decreasing by 75.3 percent, up 14.8 percent and rising by 68.4 percent year on year, respectively, as announced by the Chinese customs authorities. 

In the January-November period of the current year, China’s exports of lignite, bituminous coal, anthracite coal and coking coal totaled 4.89 million mt, 1.13 million mt, 2.75 million mt and 850,000 mt, decreasing by 7.9 percent, down 51.2 percent, increasing by 27.5 percent and rising by 20.6 percent year on year, respectively.
