According to Notice No.62/2008 issued by China's Ministry of Commerce, China will terminate its antidumping duty on imported cold rolled steel coils originating from Russia, South Korea, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and Taiwan.

China launched a five-year AD measure against imported CR coils from the abovementioned countries based on Notice No.50/2003 issued by the Ministry of Commerce, effective from September 23, 2003.

In accordance with Notice No.2/2008 released by China's Ministry of Commerce on January 15, 2008, the domestic industry or representative persons, corporations or organizations had the right to apply for an expiry review to the ministry 90 days before the termination of the AD measure. However, since no application was received within the given period, the ministry will not be initiating an expiry review.
