China home sales up 9.1 percent in Jan-Nov

According to data released by China Index Academy, one of Chinese largest property research organization, in January-November 2012, China’s total housing sales amounted to RMB 5.35 trillion ($858 billion), up 9.1 percent on a yearly basis. The year-on-year growth of home sales switched from downtrend to uptrend in August. In November, home sales increased by 38 percent compared to the same month of the previous year.
