Cancellation of export duties in Russia

Russia officially announced cancellation of export duties for steel this week. The duties in question were at the range of 3-5%. The cancellation of duties is expected to cost the government around $130million. On the other hand steel companies are expecting to benefit from this cancellation as they hope it will support the production and increase the sales.
