Canada-based Varsteel Ltd. has announced that it has acquired the structural steel division of local company Pacifica Steel Ltd., covering operations in British Columbia and Alberta.
The transaction is expected to strengthen Varsteel Ltd.’s footprint across Canada and the US, enhancing its ability to serve a growing customer base.
With the addition, the company will expand its structural steel offering and distribution capabilities.
