Canada issues duty margins on certain steel sheet from three countries

The Canada Border Services Agency has announced the estimated margins of dumping and the estimated amounts of subsidy on certain corrosion resistant steel sheet from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Vietnam.

The agency initiated the investigations on November 8, 2019 on the mentioned products from these three countries following a complaint made by local producer ArcelorMittal Dofasco, as previously reported by SteelOrbis.

The products subject to investigations currently fall under Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7210.30.00.00, 7210.69.00.10, 7225.91.00.00, 7210.49.00.10, 7210.69.00.20, 7225.92.00.00, 7210.49.00.20, 7212.20.00.00, 7226.99.00.10, 7210.49.00.30, 7212.30.00.00, 7210.61.00.00 and 7212.50.00.00.

According to the agency, the estimated margins of dumping and the estimated amounts of subsidy are as follows:
