Brazil's sales of steel distributors up

Brazil's steel distributors association Inda disclosed that its members' steel sales rose 5.3 percent year on year to 202,000 tons in June. Distributors' stocks stood at around 487,000 tons end-June, down 31.6 percent from a year earlier. Distributors of Inda purchased around 236,000 tons of steel from steel producers in June, an increase of 29 percent from a year earlier.
