Bonab Steel Complex set to commission new meltshop

Iran-based Bonab Steel Complex will reach an annual crude steel output capacity of 1.5 million mt when its new 500,000 mt capacity meltshop comes on stream within the next month.
 
Bonab Steel Complex is the largest privately-owned steelmaking plant located in the Iranian province of East Azarbaijan. At present, it has an annual crude steel production capacity of one million mt and a rolling capacity of 3.5 million mt.
