Belarus's output of crude steel rises 7.3 percent

According to the data released by the Belarusian Ministry of Statistics, the country's output of crude steel rose 7.3 percent year on year to 773,600 tons in January-April 2006. The output of finished steel products rose 13 percent to 806,700 tons, and the output of steel pipes rose 18.7 percent to 40,200 tons during the same period.
