Baosteel to relocate its precision steel tube plant in Shanghai

According to Chinese steel giant Baosteel Group, the precision steel tube mill of Baosteel's steel pipe, tube and bar business unit will be moved completely from the area of Zhanghuabang in Shanghai and relocated to Baosteel's main steel production base in the Baoshan district of the city, due to the requirements of Shanghai municipal authorities.
 
In July of the current year, Baosteel's precision steel tube mill achieved a sales volume of 5,510 mt. After relocation, the annual output capacity of the precision steel tube mill is expected to be 56,000 mt.
