Argentina initiates AD sunset review on certain cold-laminated steel imports

On July 5, 2010, the government of Argentina initiated a sunset review on imports of certain iron and cold-laminated steel products with codes 7209.15.00, 7209.16.00, 7209.17.00, 7209.18.00, 7209.25.00, 7209.26.00, 7209.27.00, 7209.28.00, 7209.90.00, 7211.23.00, 7225.50.00 and 7226.92.00 from South Africa, South Korea, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.

According to press sources, the resolution by the government confirmed the ad valorem antidumping duties established in 2009, namely: South Africa (83.07 percent), South Korea (60.46 percent), Kazakhstan (80.61 percent) and Ukraine (71.22 percent).
