ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih's crude steel output slightly down in Jan-Oct

In the January-October period of the current year, the crude steel production of ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih, Ukrainian subsidiary of global steel giant ArcelorMittal, totaled 5.2938 million mt, down 0.5 percent year on year, as announced by the company.

In addition, in the first 10 months of the year ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih registered a 0.6 percent decrease year on year in its finished steel output to 4.6571 million mt, while its pig iron production in the given period increased by 0.9 percent year on year to 4.6718 million mt.

Meanwhile, in October alone, the company produced 576,100 mt of crude steel, 502,100 mt of pig iron and 509,200 mt of finished steel products.
