Al-Ittifaq restarts former ASW Sheerness plant

As reported during March the Al-Ittifaq company bought the Sheerness plant of ASW with plans to use the production of the mill to supply its own mill in Saudi Arabia. Al-Ittefaq have restarted production in Sheerness in April and the first 40'000 mt billet shipment to its Saudi plant has now been effected. The company now plans to also start supplying billets locally.
