According to market sources, Chinese offers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for 4"-20" seamless pipes of grade B are in the range of $390-400/mt CFR. On the other hand, South African offers to the UAE for 2"-6" seamless pipes of grade B are at $635/mt CFR, while Japanese offers for 2"-10" seamless pipes of grade B are at $1,250/mt CFR.
