SteelOrbis has learned that ex-Argentina offers to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for B steel grade 2"-6" seamless pipes as per ASTM A106/API 5L stand at $1,600-1,650/mt CFR on actual weight basis, for advance payment and for November and December shipments.
