Atlas Tube issues $40/nt increase on HSS products

On December 20, Atlas Tube announced that it was increasing the price of HSS products effective with all new orders received after 5:00 p.m. CST Monday, December, 20.

Current prices on all HSS Shapes up through 12 sq (square and equivalent rectangles), and all HSS Rounds up through 20" OD have been increased by $2.00 cwt. ($44/mt or $40/nt).

All orders currently on Atlas' books will be price protected for shipments through January 21, 2011. The increase will apply to all unconfirmed quotes and contracts.
