Sources inform SteelOrbis that due to “substantial fourth quarter inquiries and trading over the past week” the price of silicomanganese has edged up slightly and is now at $1,345-1,385/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh. This range has solidly increased $23/mt from the bottom of the previous range.
