On March 27, SteelOrbis reported high carbon ferromanganese prices in the US market falling $20/mt since mid-March to $1358-1,427/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh.

According to sources, high carbon ferromanganese is presently trading at $1,358-1,407/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh. The price reflects a reduction of $20/mt from the top of the previous range. Tight supply and continued strong demand from contract clients are expected to limit price reductions.
