SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan are currently at NTD 10,800-11,500/mt ($364-387/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis, indicating a decrease of NTD 700-800/mt ($24-27/mt) since last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for middle and end of September shipments.
